Mouse Armour - IDF 1/25 scale Centurion conversion sets

MA415 1/25 scale IDF Centurion (Shot Kal) 1973

This conversion contains all parts required to make a version of the 1973 IDF Shot Kal based on the Tamiya 1/25 scale Centurion Mk.3 kit.  The major components include:
  • rear engine deck with its louvered panels
  • two Patton type filter boxes;
  • top opening side storage bins (6 pieces)
  • 105mm L7 gun;
  • rear hull extension
  • US pattern style light clusters
  • additional glacis armour
  • rear turret basket;
  • searchlight box
  • Karaya tow cable (1 meter)
  • three jerrycans plus photoetch holders;
  • 30 cal machine gun mount for the commander; and
  • many smaller parts

MA416 1/25 105mm ammunition

This provide 105mm ammunition to replace the 20 pdr shells provided with the Tamiya model as well as some still in their tubes.  Also provided is ammunition boxes open and closed.  You get:
  • two 105mm HESH rounds
  • two 105mm HEAT rounds
  • two empty shell cases
  • two shells in their tubes
  • two ammunition box with lid containing two cardboard tubes
  • two ammunition box closed.

The ammo boxes less their contents were also used as stowage boxes in the turret baskets.

MA417 1/25 IDF black plastic jerrycans

This has five black plastic water jerrycans to add to the three present in the conversion set.  These were often carried in the turret basket.

 

MA418 1/25 IDF ration boxes

This provides a sheet of printed cardboard IDF ration boxes.  Each sheet contains 12 boxes.
