The Italeri M4A1 76mm VVSS Sherman.  Built straight from the box and painted in IDF sand Grey.  the crewman is basically wearing overalls and a Soviet tankers\ padded helmet.  The kit could have been made with HVSS and with a muzzle brake for a slightly later version.

This model is an M4A4 with M4A1 engine deck and M50 hypervelocity 75mm gun (ala AMX13).  It represents the very first batch of M50s produced in France and delivered to the IDF in the mid 1950s.  Painted in overall olive drab with a good coat of dust and blue cross with white border roughly painted.   The kit was the MP M4A4 hull with Dragon M50 turret.

This is the MP Models M50 straight from the box.  A very nice kit.  I added a suitably modified crew member with WW2 US tankers helmet with boom mike.

This is building an M51 the hard way - the only way there was back then.  Verlinden resin turret, home turned aluminium barrel, Italeri M4A1 hull top and Dragon hull bottom with HVSS.  A heavy kit but that adds to the authenticity of the tank model.

A rarer model of the M51.  Some (numbers not known) were built on welded hulled Shermans.  The model is basically an Academy M51 with the hull top coming from Tamiya M4A3.  Detailing and final painting still to be completed.
