During Desert Storm NATO gave the IDF a couple of Fuchs's for NBC work these vehicles were fitted with various sensors for the detection of all sorts of nasties that Sadam was threatening to shoot into Israel so these beauties were very much in demand. And are still to this day. The model is Straight from the box. Revell 1/35th scale.  The paint job is Testors IDF Sinai Gray then all panel lines were airbrushed in with a combination of burnt umber and some raw sienna and some flat black, then the base coat was again lightly sprayed on allowing the panel lines to show, then a series of lighter applications of the base coat were added into the mix (1 drop of "French White" per application) where I would go farther away from the panel with each application so I can say this is like an "AIRBRUSH DRY BRUSHING" and where I found myself doing about 45 applications till I got this look of weathering
